	Applications should be made using the written application form. 50% of the participation fee is to be paid upon receipt of invoice from the organizer with the remaining 50% due by August 21, 2006. 1.CONTACT US! Please indicate the size of your space by filling out the Contact Form and submit it to us from this website. Upon receipt of your Contact Form, the organizer will contact you. 2.BOOTH SPACE RESERVATION & APPLICATION Stand location assignments will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizer will assign your stand location and send you an application form accordingly. Please fill out the application form and return it to the organizer. 3.PAYMENT An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your application form. Your stand location will be confirmed when the organizer has received 50% of the invoice amount. The remaining 50% is due by August 21, 2006. 4.PREPARATION FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION The exhibitor manual will be sent to you by the middle of July, 2006.
