There is no Exhibitor Orientation will be held. For first time exhibitors, please feel free to contact organizer for any questions about exhibiting. The organizer will give the introduction individually. The Exhibitors Manual will be sent to the exhibitors who have confirmed the exhibiting.

The costs for exhibiting differ from the size of the exhibiting space and the booth decoration. Following 3 points should be considered as the basic costs.

• Participation fee(including raw space, free admission tickets, free listing on preview book and floor layout booklet, , and WEB catalogue registration and active visitor promotion by organizer)
• Stand construction and fittings fee (booth design, construction and fittings etc.)
• Electric power supply construction fee & consumption fee.

No, there is no early bird discount at Beautyworld Japan.

Rental package booth options are available. Rental package booths include system walls, carpet, fascia, electric power supply, booth cleaning(except for nail booth), setting-up and dismantling work. This plan provides exhibitors with a simple and find-looking booth at reasonable price.

Please forward your requirement about the exhibiting zone and the booth size to the organizer. The organizer will propose the booth location with the floor plan for assignment accordingly. The time of application, booth size and exhibiting history will be considered for booth allocation. One location will be proposed from the organizer.

Yes. Cosmetics which have NOT been imported to Japan by the importers with certificated Japanese import license have to be imported with the Temporary Import Permit (TIP) issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Cosmetics without TIP or certified import permit will NOT go through the Japanese customs.

・Products that CANNOT obtain TIP
* We are sorry but we are not able to accept beauty equipment nor machines because of Japanese import regulation.

• Empty cases/Boxes
• Display units or shelves without real cosmetics
• Color charts or samples without real cosmetics
• Herbs (submission of the phytosanitary certificate will be required)
• Hair products (comb, hair drier, scissors, etc)
• Nail products (files & nippers, clippers, nail decoration items, etc)

Retail is allowed only for products granted under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law in Japan. Please clarify if you plan to sell the products at the exhibition on the application form.
*The products imported with TIP CANNOT be sold.

Advertising literature and samples should be distributed from the Exhibitor’s own stand(s) only. No business activity shall be conducted by the Exhibitor and/or his staff outside the allocated booth area. No advertising or canvassing for business may take place anywhere else in the Exhibition Hall.

There is limited storage space in the exhibition hall. The storage will be shared by all exhibitors. The organizer would not be responsible for conducting any products in the storage. To avoid confusion, exhibitors are encouraged to use the paid service from official contractor or prepare storages inside the booth.

The fair is for trade only and NOT open to public. To verify the trade-related identification is required for entry.

For free admission, please bring the admission ticket onsite or complete online visitor pre-registration from this website.

Online visitor pre-registration will be available after the middle of November for Tokyo fair and the middle of June for Osaka fair.

Due to the protection of private information, one registration is required per person.

The fair is for trade only. Visitors under the age of 18 or visitors with pets will NOT be admitted.

Online “Exhibitor Search” will be available on this website from 1 month before the fairs of Tokyo and Osaka. Visitors can search all exhibitors list and exhibiting products by this searching engine.

All information registered by the exhibitors can be found through “Exhibitor Search” on this website.

There is no admission fee for exhibitor presentations or seminars (with some exceptions). The first come first served system will be used and it is not necessary to make a reservation in advance.

No photographing is allowed with the exception of media preventatives who have the permission of the organizer. Wearing “Press Badge” and “Photographing Permission” arm band provided from the organizer is required.
