Ms. Morimasa is an internationally acclaimed esthetic educator, researcher and author with a vast experience covering all aspects of professional esthetic treatment and methods. She teaches her treatment methods and salon management not only in Japan but also overseas.

Introduction of therapist branding
Mr. Sunny Hisanaga
President of Oasis Group
Mr. Hisanaga has been involved in planning and setting-up of over 30 salons at hotels, fitness clubs and independent salons. He says that many of therapists are having a tough time with getting new customers and attracting existing customers. He recommends therapist branding as an effective sales tool for pulling in more customers to their salons.

Mr. Kitagawa is an acupuncture, educator, researcher and an owner of Yojo Spa in Tokyo. Mrs. Kitagawa is a skincare therapist. They practice acupuncture, moxibustion therapy and beauty therapy at Yojo Spa. Mr. Kitagawa teaches at Suzuka University of Medical Science and at Okinawa Spa Academy. He is an author of books related to traditional Chinese medical science and also a translator of Day Spa operation manual book. They will demonstrate facial acu-points treatment and facial acupuncture.

Personality profiling

Mr. Koji Ono
President of Beauty & Health Education Research Office
Mr. Ono is now a lecturer at an academy and occupied in consulting for esthetic salon business. Furthermore he researches diet and adult disease in graduate college. He writes articles for the major esthetic industry magazines, gives lectures and technical seminars. He won a first prize in the national convention of esthetic contest organized by Japan Esthetic Association in 2008.
